Account Management Executive

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for an Account Management Executive for handling its existing and new accounts. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for all partner brands account management matters, negotiate contracts and maximize profits by building relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and accounts and closing agreements.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Physical visits to partner brands to ensure concrete business relationship with brands.   
  • Create, Optimize, and evolve retention strategies to maintain existing clients.    
  • To ensure pending orders are timely and correctly marked in the vendor panel.
  • Design the pre-campaign structure for the marketing team before every campaign by communicating with the brand to discuss the offerings.
  • Timely reporting of brand performance based on the requirement.
  • Align with the onboarding brands for the complete integration process in the App. Assist CS with timely issue resolution.

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

  • UPS for Critical Staff
  • Monthly Internet Allowance
  • Internet Device
  • Pausing all pending Loan Installments
  • Additional OPD Benefits for our Office Staff
  • Dedicated hotlines to our support teams

A special fund has been set up to support all Gaditians and their families in case of a worst-case shutter-down scenario in any area that limits access and availability to food and basic amenities.
