Overview of the role:

Admin Executive (Tech) is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with other teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and report to Sr. Admin Executive.

What you will be expected to perform:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing vendors & suppliers, technical inventory, and technical team.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of R&M works with his supervisor.
  • Schedule meetings and manage executive requests.
  • Updating and maintaining assets and preventive maintenance task information.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly staff rosters.
  • Gathering information to complete monthly reports for routine maintenance.
  • Managing and operating day-to-day routine tasks off campus efficiently and reporting them to Snr. Admin Executive.
  • Maintain and update Admin-related records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Order and maintain campus supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that the campus is well-maintained and organized.
  • Ensure availability and usage of company-provided tools, equipment, and materials in the workshop.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and complete task effectively with other teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
