In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is searching for an Assistant Manager Affiliates/Performance Partnerships experienced marketing professional who is used to working across partnerships and affiliates at scale.

This role requires B2B/B2C experience and a deep understanding of how to drive performance partnerships, affiliate marketing strategy, partnership development and know how to forecast, deploy and optimize initiatives across geographies.  It also requires you to be passionate about data and analytics, a strong understanding of the fundamentals of SEO, product management and project management.

We rely on our partnership and affiliate leads to consistently develop and nurture strong relations and building partnerships and scale our efforts.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Leverage your experience to enhance the strategy for affiliates partnerships.
  • Work with internal sales, marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment on product road-maps, discounting strategy and effective leadership development across Cyber Security division.
  • Work closely with the Cyber Security Division’s Product Team to develop an understanding regarding the assigned product including its features, associated delivery and support team.
  • Work with the current team to drive forward a robust and long-term Performance Partnership strategy, aligned to the business approach and forecast out expected returns to the business.
  • Assess the current strength of our partnership marketing program to upgrade it, focusing on a CPA payout; bringing transparency in partnerships, ensuring ongoing relationship, and developing centralized tracking and reporting.
  • Identify industries, geographic areas, and new markets in need of business.
  • Facilitate in finalizing the affiliates partnership management strategies and then break- down steps and milestones (easy-to-understand) for the respective team to deliver results.
  • Maintain confidentiality as the position is associated with highly personal clients and partnership information.

Relevant Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years in affiliate and partnerships performance management.
  • Master or Equivalent degree in Marketing
