Overview of the role:

The AM SEO role at Gaditek is designed for a highly motivated individual who is not only deeply versed in the nuances of SEO strategies but also possesses an expert understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. This position involves the oversight and expansion of all SEO-related activities across four distinct personas, requiring a candidate with robust team management skills and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of various website analytics tools such as AHREFS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, enabling them to analyze and leverage data effectively to drive SEO success. This role is fast-paced and demands a strongly motivated person who is not afraid to lead their respective persona teams towards achieving superior search engine visibility and performance.

What you will be expected to perform:

SEO Strategy, Ranking & Dashboard Management (40%)

  • Managing SEO pace of all four assigned personas according to the business growth flywheel.
  • Conduct Keywords research for new avenues as well update the current categories/Persons
  • Assist SEO manager in creation of SEO calendar for all four personas within the given timeline.
  • Make sure all tasks are assigned, monitored and completed via dashboard in close coordination with team leads
  • Responsible for four dedicated personas on all network domains
  • Responsible for assigned Projects/Domains
  • Work closely with the manager to devise a strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals.
  • Review technical SEO issues and ensure timely fixes on it.
  • Ensure Timely crawling of publish blogs of assigned personas.
  • Give budgetting for the OFF Page activities against the assigned persona keywords
  • Proper road map to improve ranking on a weekly basis of persona assigned pages.
  • Increase the organic traffic of the dedicated personas by using effective and scalable strategies
  • Provide quarter on quarter estimation to increase the DR of assigned domain

Competitor Analysis, Search Engine Marketing & Google Algorithms (20%)

  • Keeping an eye on significant Google algorithmic changes and guiding leads accordingly.
  • Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing
  • Create and Maintain proper competitor portfolios from business and traffic perspective. It should include DR, Topical depth, Regional traffic, link velocity and Publishing frequency on dedicated personas and domains.
 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or relevant field
  • Prior experience of 5+ years in the relevant industry out of which 4 years in people management role is a must.
