We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment while working on complex problems with a talented team— conceptualizing, developing, and implementing applications and features from scratch using the latest technologies.

Escalating System issues to the Team Lead/Senior Engineer where necessary.
Coordinate with internal/external customer/vendors or data centers, where necessary.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues received from CS or Team lead etc.
Assist senior engineers on their queries.
Supporting and maintaining Microsoft & Linux Servers and their operations.
Ensuring security and patched update on network & systems.
Automation processes after approval where necessary/possible.
Document issues and maintaining logs of repetitive issues.
Setting up and configuring new core servers in Virtual/Physical environment.
Strictly follow department and operational SOP and KPI decided by Team lead.
Do RnD on daily basis for known issues proposed efficient solutions.
Preparing documents, meeting materials and correspondence.
Performing basic administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific functional objectives.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Put extra efforts to meet deadlines & ensure 24/7 availability.
Ensuring that a high level of services and support is provided to all internal/customers.
Follow Agile and Project Management processes such as JIRA, Assembla
Automatic processes where possible.
Up-to date from latest I.T technologies.
Effectively monitor all monitoring tools detect anomalies, inform to senior/Team lead.
Create daily report of taken actions.
Get familiar with all QA use cases and user stories, Do QA of all configured services or designated by
