CS Executive

Once you are here, you will:

  1. Timely answer customer queries on different CRMs (LiveChat, Zendesk, Emails, etc.)
  2. Maintain healthy relationships with loyal customers to retain them
  3. Engage with the customers to resolve queries within the given time frame
  4. Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolve any issues
  5. Plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively to assuring 100% customer satisfaction
  6. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right data sources and knowledge
  7. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Relevant Experience:

Education: Bachelors

English communication and computer proficiency is a must with strong writing skills and communication skills
