Digital Marketing Executive

In a Nutshell:

We are looking for a smart, savvy digital marketer who understands the concept of inbound marketing (SEO, Content, Social, etc.) and is good at building relationships. You will be responsible to work closely with the customers and will be executing different marketing initiatives to increase our reach to customers.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Build relationships with community influencers, partners, and thought-leaders.
  • Responsible for producing aspiring content targeted at the problems of digital agencies.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assesses against key objectives
  • Able to maintain Cloudways presence in the community by actively participating in the relevant communities and groups.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and be dedicated to actively spotting trends, product/feature releases, and other opportunities.
  • Own the execution and our vision for the agency partnership program to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and partners.
  • Hunt and outreach potential partners.
  • Demonstrate a high level of relationship and proactively maintain day-to-day communication with all the customers and partners.
  • Perform general account management.

Relevant Experience:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Advertising, or Business related). 

Experience:

  • 6 months - 1 year (minimum)

Specific skills:

  • Full-time, professional experience in Digital Marketing or Business Development. (Must)
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. (Must)
  • Understand basic concepts of digital marketing (Must)
  • Experience in using marketing and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Ahref, SEMrush, etc). (Must)
  • Experience in interacting with customers (Good to have)
  • Ability to build relationships, effectively prioritize and navigate difficult client situations. (Good to have)
  • Experience with online partner program management. (Good to have)
  • Knowledge of UI and UX. (Good to have)
  • Understand the basics of content marketing. (Good to have)
  • Experience with B2B brands. (Good to have)

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

  • UPS for Critical Staff
  • Monthly Internet Allowance
  • Internet Device
  • Pausing all pending Loan Installments
  • Additional OPD Benefits for our Office Staff
  • Dedicated hotlines to our support teams

A special fund has been set up to support all Gaditians and their families in case of a worst-case shutter-down scenario in any area that limits access and availability to food and basic amenities. Gaditians are a family and we are committed to moving forward and through this pandemic together as one.

Additionally, our Admin team is on standby at all times to help Gaditians in any way they can. Finally, a detailed WFH policy and guide to enable productive work from home for all teams are available.
