In a Nutshell:

Energetic and execution-focused Head of Talent who will be responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and execute programs in order to enhance the
knowledge and skills of our employees. The role will be responsible for all the Org. development initiatives across the entire career pathing program for all the business units, departments and teams at Gaditek

Once you are here, you will:

  • Manage and assess organizational development (OD) strategies and
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Design and execute key elements of all the processes.
  • Initiate and align employee development programs with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Assist create BU wise development budgets.
  • Create strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals
  • Help managers develop their team through career pathing.
  • Keep the Performance Management Framework up to date as per the global practices
  • Oversee the creation of online/offline learning modules and other educational materials for employees.
  • Design competency framework
  • Devise skill matrix
  • Development of existing and new managers.
  • Initiate future leader programs.
  • Support talent pipeline by an effective talent management strategy.
  • Establish, implement and execute succession planning and career planning.

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Organization Psychology along with any other Human Resource Certification (SHRM/CIPD) are a plus
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in an OD/Training environment.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Sharp business acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, development & change management techniques and global best practices
  • Hands-on leader who has demonstrated the ability to build and scale highly motivated and talented teams in high growth environment
  • Track record of developing innovative and forward-thinking talent strategies and initiatives, and successfully scaling high growth company culture.
  • Deep understanding and experience of making org. structure.
  • Thorough knowledge of latest OD methods and tools
