Head of PMO

In a Nutshell:

PureVPN.com is proudly one of the few truly indigenous Pakistan-born global scale tech brands that have been competing with global giants in the Consumer Cyber Security and Privacy space for a decade. With over 3 million subscribers from over 120 countries, we are now looking to further step up our game. Not only by transforming into a Product Led brand to pursue aggressive growth but, following the acquisition of Secure.com, are also looking to manifest the broader vision that goes beyond Consumer VPN space towards the broader Cyber Security & Privacy space.

This is a strategic role where you’d be dealing with a team of 250+ intellectual’s including 70+ engineers, 60+ marketers, and 10+ product managers. We are looking for a committed and energetic individual to join our team as the Head of PMO. Behaviorally, we expect you to demonstrate a hands-on approach, ready to roll the sleeves as and when needed as is the hallmark of all start-ups.

The ideal head of PMO will understand our business needs and direction and will implement processes and utilize resources in a way that best facilitates our business goals.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Evangelize the agile & lean mindset coupled with continuous improvement that lives and breathes customer-centricity in everything that we do.
  • Strategize & prepare the brand to pursue Product Led Growth by leveraging cutting-edge cross-functional processes across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing & Customer Success domains.
  • Nurture an environment of employee empowerment yet achieve maximum operational efficiencies by coupling OKRs with Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leaders from other departments like Marketing, Product, Engineering initiate, prioritize, and develop projects
  • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, task priorities, team members assignment to various deliverables
  • Analyze and optimize financial data and metrics, including project budgets, related risks, and resource allocation
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives and FBP
  • Oversee the business progress and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
  • Draft new and improve existing PMO policies and processes, inspired by the best organizations internationally

Relevant Experience:

  • An undergrad degree in Engineering (preferred), Business or a related field, Master will be a plus
  • Project Management certifications will be a plus
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Agile methodology and one or more frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, FDD, TDD, DevOps etc
  • Product-based companies’ experience will be a plus
  • At least 7 years' relevant experience in the industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details and technicalities
  • Familiar with the tech industry
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

  • Additional OPD Benefits for our Office Staff
  • Dedicated hotlines to our support teams

A special fund has been set up to support all Gaditians and their families in case of a worst-case shutter-down scenario in any area that limits access and availability to food and basic amenities. Gaditians are a family and we are committed to moving forward and through this pandemic together as one.

Additionally, our Admin team is on standby at all times to help Gaditians in any way they can. Finally, a detailed WFH policy and guide to enable productive work from home for all teams are available.
