GADITEK is in search of a Head Of Sales to become part of our cross-functional team.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing goals for sales based on data. You will also be in charge of overseeing all sales activities and establishing strategies that will help the company meet those goals.

The role of Head Of Sales is a Managerial level position. Leadership skills and extensive sales knowledge are required to succeed in this position. One also has to have sales experience, particularly in a business-to-business setting.

Position Summary:

Training new team members and coming up with improvement plans for underperforming employees

This is typically a business-to-business sales role, so any large company dealing in B2B sales employs Head of Sales. 

The work environment is your standard office setting, although traveling for meetings is common. Head of Sales is also expected to attend industry events and conferences to maintain a robust network.

Objectives of this Role:

Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs

Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth by developing organization-wide goals, implement performance management, and oversee panning and creation of OKRs.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Market research to create pitches and materials that best reach the target audience.

The individual must be comfortable working with superiors, as part of their responsibility involves working directly with the CEO to create the marketing plan for a given campaign.

Time-bound 360 Degree Marketing Campaigns that might include external partners

Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

Head Of Sales is typically an expert in Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software, which allows them to keep track of the communication between their team members and their clients.

Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

Relevant Experience:


  • Experience: 5 to 7 years.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a business-related area, such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience from digital SAAS set up in the local market will be a plus.
  • Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new sales strategies quickly.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to assemble and manage a team of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a sales focused environment.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
