We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, handling employee queries and executing HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a versatile HR professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to balance operational and strategic responsibilities.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and feedback
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Assist in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Execute HR initiatives, programs, and events
- Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement
- Offer strategic support to senior management on HR-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Sound knowledge for creating Job Descriptions for recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred
