Overview of the role:
HRBP is responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to execute on a variety of HR activities including talent and performance management, compensation and promotions, recruiting, learning and development, employee relations and diversity initiatives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to various functions within Cybersecurity, through partnering with HR specialist functions to deliver the best solutions.
What you will be expected to perform:
- Support the CEO in the implementation of organization strategies through close coordination with Center and BU in order to help the business in achieving it organizational objectives.
- Work closely with HR Head and Business Unit employees in enabling them to comply with relevant HR policies and governance processes
- Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various related departments be able to optimize teams’ performance.
- Create, manage and maintain specific communications and cadence for all-hands meetings, team meetings, ongoing communications, etc.
- Create opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design, employee engagement & wellbeing programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and make sure that hiring requirements are being fulfilled timely.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Partner with HR colleagues including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to develop and implement specific HR programs, including talent, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of experience in different HR functions or similar experience in business functions like marketing, engineering etc with a strong inclination towards moving into HRBP role
You should be:
- Strong experience and knowledge of Office Suite (MS Office/ Google Suite)
- Product based companies’ experience will be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiar with the tech industry
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
