We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations for Disrupt Labs. This role will focus on budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and identifying growth ventures. This role will play a key role in shaping financial direction and working very closely with founders leading new ventures for their planning, projection and modeling needs thus ensuring sustainable growth.
Budgeting: Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
Financial Modeling: Lead financial modeling efforts to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced financial tools and technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Venture Assessment: Identify and assess new ventures and investment opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
CFA level 2 minimum, CA or MBA with a focus on Finance.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial software tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to financial management.
Results-oriented with a track record of driving financial performance.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with leveraging digital tools for financial processes.
Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
