Manager Strategy Setting

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is establishing a new Strategy department, in which Strategy Setting will be a key role. Manager Strategy Setting will report to the Head of Strategy and will be responsible for the following key outcomes:

  • Clear and compelling corporate strategy with three-year and one-year targets
  • Up-to-date market research

Once you are here, you will:

  • Assist Head of Strategy in developing corporate strategy in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist Head of Strategy in establishing the Strategy Department, particularly on activities, policies, and procedures relating to strategy setting.
  • Review and refresh corporate strategy on a quarterly basis.
  • Review and validate business strategies of individual business units.
  • Research general macroeconomic trends, relevant sectors, and competitors.
  • Respond to custom research requests from internal stakeholders.

Relevant Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Business or Engineering preferred) or Masters (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 10+ years of total corporate experience (consulting, MNCs or IT industry preferred).
  • 4+ corporate strategy or market research experience.

Skills:

  • Strong research and planning skills
  • Strong written, personal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency across MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
