Marketing Category Lead -Fashion (Savyour)

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is searching for an experienced marketing specialist to lead the Fashion marketing segments and category for Savyour. 

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our market share and positioning Savyour as the starting point for consumer journeys for our Fashion Category and generating values for all the partner brands. In addition to marketing, you will also be working closely with product, sales, ACM, and growth teams to deliver value for Savyour and our partner brands.

Once you are here, you will:

1) Increase Market Share                             

  • Position Savyour as starting point for Consumers in a particular category .
  • Work with Product to build right consumer personas.
  • Based on consumer personas, identify and work with Sales to onboard relevant brands.
  • Increase the number of transacting in-app users in particular category with the right marketing mix and campaigns.
  • Keep an eye on partner brand's campaigns and be part of their campaigns.
  • Create and run category specific campaigns to support brand objectives.

2) Partner with Brand Team to Onboard & Retain Brands & Retailers

  • Work with Sales to onboard relevant brands.
  • Own brand success metrics and deliver on them.

3) Own all marketing channels for the category across the entire Savyour ecosystem (our products and platforms).

This includes working closely with Creatives, Inbound, Advertising, and Brand teams to create campaigns and messaging across digital and traditional, including our app, websites, influencer platform, social, search, campaign influencers, and ATL/BTL activations.

Relevant Experience:

Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years working and leading in digital 
  • At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams to launch and execute a wide range of local campaigns with an integrated marketing mix for their category.

We are looking for people with the  following qualities

Knowledge

  • Expert-level knowledge and understanding of the market landscape for their category
  • Indepth knowledge of branding and positioning best practices
  • Hands-on knowledge of Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Hands-on knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Insta, and Twitter, etc.)
  • Good to haves include knowledge of influencer marketing, inbound, and digital ads.
