Marketing Lead (Fashion and Beauty Category)

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for a Marketing Lead who could monitor trends in the market and identify opportunities for growth and prevalent issues of the competitors.

The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring consumers’ reactions and conversations regarding the brand worldwide. The role entails a lot of researching, conceptualization, and execution of digital narratives that align with the brand’s vision.

As a Marketing Lead (Fashion and Beauty Category), we provide the opportunity for you to:

  1. Provide support in creating Marketing strategies for respective category (Fashion & Beauty etc.)
  2. Create audience personas based on research and data driven insights to effectively engage with the right audiences
  3. Ensure compliance of brand guidelines onto category creatives
  4. Deliver maximum ROI against assigned budgets while optimizing production and media costs
  5. 5. Monitor performance of ongoing campaigns and optimize continuously to achieve targeted results
  6. Monitor category health in terms of new user acquisitions and orders to achieve sustainable growth
  7. Liaison with Marketing and category team to position assigned category as the starting point in user journey
  8. Work closely with growth, marketing and commercial teams to meet category and business objective

Relevant Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business management, Advertising or Media Management.

  1. 1-2 years of experience in creating and executing 360 Marketing campaigns including digital and media campaigns.
  2. Understanding of the creative process and ability to work with the design and content teams to deliver campaigns effectively                                                                                                                      
  3. Comfortable working with data to derive meaningful insights and translate them to actionable tasks
  4. Good to have experience managing and reporting KPIs to meet overall marketing objectives
  5. Ability to manage expectations in multi stakeholder environment
  6. Problem solving skills to create sustainable systems
  7. Curiosity to understand all areas of the business for overall category development
  8. Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of the E-commerce landscape
