Overview of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Pseudo Management Senior Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for Artificial Intelligence, and technology, and a drive to work on cutting-edge technological advancements. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in challenging environments and is constantly seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible. While the specific project assignments may vary, the core responsibilities and expectations remain aligned with driving our digital presence and engagement across various platforms.
What you will be expected to perform:
- Create and maintain an authoritative and engaging author profile across all major social media platforms.
- Generate and post daily content to foster active engagement and grow our audience.
- Engage with users across these profiles, responding to comments, and messages, and engaging in community discussions to build relationships and enhance our digital footprint.
- Actively participate in various tech-related communities, including Slack and Discord communities, to increase our brand's visibility and engagement within the tech industry.
- Network with industry professionals and enthusiasts to build partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that includes both unique and repurposed content tailored for platforms such as Medium and LinkedIn, to position our brand as a thought leader in the industry.
- Regularly guest post on industry-relevant and experience-relevant websites to broaden our reach and influence.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the author's website to ensure it accurately reflects our brand and is optimized for user engagement and SEO.
- Employ Web 2.0 strategies and self-blogging practices to enhance our online authority and visibility.
- Monitor and maintain the author's reputation on the internet, addressing any concerns and leveraging positive feedback to enhance our brand's image.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and authoritative content.
- Strong understanding of and interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
- An innovative and creative mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate future challenges
You should be:
- 3+ years in profile management, social media, or content marketing, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, ideally within the technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to engage and grow communities across social media and other digital platforms.
