Overview of the role:

The Community Marketing Senior Executive is a key player in amplifying our presence across various online communities, particularly in AI and technology spaces. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for Artificial Intelligence, and technology, and a drive to challenge themselves constantly. The candidate will engage with and establish a strong presence in relevant communities, forums, and groups, serving as a beacon of knowledge and an advocate for AI.

What you will be expected to perform:

  • Engage and build rapport within AI and technology communities, forums, and groups, positioning yourself as a prominent figure of expertise.
  • Serve as an advocate for the transformative potential of AI, enhancing our brand's visibility and advocacy in online communities.
  • Monitor community trends, gather insights, and identify content needs, collaborating with the content team to ensure our messaging resonates with current interests.
  • Maintain and actively manage brand profiles across multiple platforms, including Wikipedia, ensuring daily activity and accurate representation of our brand.
  • Increase brand visibility and engagement in online groups and communities through strategic content sharing and interactions.
  • Lead and contribute to thought leadership by guest posting and publishing on platforms like Medium, LinkedIn, and Wikipedia.
  • Manage and enhance our Wikipedia presence, ensuring accurate and current information, and engaging with the Wikipedia community for positive visibility.
  • Conduct interviews with product owners, co-founders, founders, C-level individuals, and industry leaders, creating compelling content that highlights our leadership in the AI and technology sectors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive and authentic community interactions.
  • Strong understanding of the AI and technology landscape, with the ability to engage meaningfully in community discussions.
  • Proficient in content creation and management across multiple platforms, including Medium, LinkedIn, and Wikipedia.

You should be:

  • have 3+ years in community management, social media, or content marketing, preferably within technology or AI sectors.
  • able to demonstrate success in developing and implementing community engagement strategies that enhance brand visibility and advocacy.
  • having a proven track record in managing and improving an organization's Wikipedia presence.
  • experienced in conducting interviews with high-profile individuals in the tech industry, translating these interactions into engaging content for our audience.
