In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is searching for an energetic, hands-on, execution-oriented individual to join us as Senior Executive Corporate Communications. In this role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders and departments across Gaditek to produce compelling content across all channels. 

Once you are here, you will:

  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums, such as social media, monthly newsletter or regular email bulletins. You may also be required to work on the layout of content.
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
  • Ensure external communications messages are consistent across all mediums and in line with the brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Plan and handle the internal and external communication response to crisis situations that affect organizational perception and reputation—work towards employer branding.
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
  • Use social media to communicate with staff internally.

Relevant Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Communications Design, or Marketing

Experience:

2-3 years in communications, employer branding, social media

Writing Skills:

You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees

Speaking Skills:

You also need strong speaking skills as you are likely to be called on to speak in videos or give presentations to staff. You need sensitivity to Gaditek’s goals and values and the ability to relay them to employees

Interpersonal Skills:

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with communications and HR departments.

Creative Skills:

Ability to proactively devise communication strategies and come up with creative ideas for engaging others. 

Digital Skills:

Familiarity with digital and video means of communication is essential. Familiarity with social media platforms is essential.

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

  • UPS for Critical Staff
  • Monthly Internet Allowance
  • Internet Device
  • Pausing all pending Loan Installments
  • Additional OPD Benefits for our Office Staff
  • Dedicated hotlines to our support teams

A special fund has been set up to support all Gaditians and their families in case of a worst-case shutter-down scenario in any area that limits access and availability to food and basic amenities. Gaditians are a family and we are committed to moving forward and through this pandemic together as one.

Additionally, our Admin team is on standby at all times to help Gaditians in any way they can. Finally, a detailed WFH policy and guide to enable productive work from home for all teams are available.
