Overview of the role:

The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role within our Human Resources team, responsible for driving the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring and securing top talent. This position requires a proactive individual who can implement sourcing strategies, build relationships with candidates, and provide exceptional support throughout the hiring process. Working closely with hiring managers, the Senior Executive will play a critical role in attracting skilled professionals and enhancing the overall talent acquisition strategy.

What you will be expected to perform:

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in Engineering & Commercial role, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including social media, industry events, networking, and partnerships.

Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, consulting on best practices for talent acquisition, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

Engage in proactive workforce planning with business leaders to understand future hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with all recruitment and hiring policies.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.

Lead or participate in employer branding initiatives, representing the organization at industry events, job fairs, and through social media channels.

Stay current on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and the tech industry to attract and secure top-tier talent.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting, preferably in the tech industry or for tech-driven roles.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technical roles, technologies, and industry-specific tools; ability to assess candidate competencies in technical areas.

Data Driven: Able to leverage data and analytics to make informed recruitment decisions, track metrics, and continuously improve hiring strategies in alignment with business goals.

Agile: Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment, capable of adjusting priorities and recruitment approaches to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.

This is a full-time position based at our Karachi office.
