The Manager of HR Service Delivery is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. This role involves managing HR operations, rewards, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery. The Manager will work closely with HR Business Partners and other stake holders to ensure seamless HR operations across the Group.
HR Service Delivery:
Lead and manage the HR service delivery team to provide high-quality HR services to employees.
Develop and implement service delivery strategies and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR service delivery processes, making adjustments as needed.
Ensure that HR service delivery processes comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with HR service delivery.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to align HR service delivery with business needs.
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR data within HR systems
Generate and analyze reports on HR service delivery metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Rewards:
Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, across the group
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive.
Propose bonus and increment structures for bi-annual appraisals
Collaborate with HR business partners and finance to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for total rewards
Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market trends affecting compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and senior management on total rewards matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience of 10-12 years in HR operations with at least 5 years spent in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on total rewards strategy.
Excellent analytical skill
Proven experience in data analysis, trends, and standard methodologies
Strong communication, and presentation skill
Deep analytical, pragmatic, and adaptable approach, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated data and make recommendations.
Curiosity about forming productive working relationships in a matrixed organization to define and deliver effective methods, data and programs that support the business goals.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Bias toward action, with a can-do approach to shifting priorities in a constantly evolving environment
Advanced Microsoft application skills (power bi etc.)
This is a full-time position based at our Karachi office.
