Gaditek is searching for a business-minded Team Lead CRM to take up the responsibility for acquiring & converting users for one of the fastest-growing mobile apps in Pakistan. You must be an analytical mind, who can take charge of the on-going advertising & straight away make a difference through expertise & ideas.

This is one of the most crucial positions in the team & it requires a passion for Data-Driven Marketing. As a CRM Lead at Savyour, your normal day will be all about Analyzing Data & Improving Conversions across all the User Journeys. You will ensure the improvement in User Activation, Retention & LTV by owning all the CRM activities.

Once you are here, you will:


  • Collaborate with Growth & Marketing team to execute Marketing Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
  • Ensure on-time execution of marketing communications across all CRM channels
  • Analyze all the User Journeys & Cohorts, find out Insights & take Actions on improving Conversions 
  • Plan, Propose & Execute Data-Driven CRM initiatives to increase Activation & Retention rate
  • Advance your knowledge & skills by keeping up with the latest global trends & propose new ideas to improve overall CRM marketing

Relevant Experience:


  • 3-6 years of proven work experience in CRM marketing
  • Solid background in planning & executing customer retention strategies
  • Strong technical expertise in CRM & Analytics tools
  • Sound knowledge of multi-channel user journeys
  • Experience of working for a mobile application would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills & flexibility for cross-functional collaboration
