Technical Account Executive - International Sales

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is searching for a Technical Account Executive who can immediately join its tactical team of rockstars. 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top quality technical service and proactive support during onboarding of new customers, strengthen customer relationships, guide customers about web server technologies, ensure the satisfaction of existing cloud hosting customers, win new business and increase sales. Selected candidates will gain a market competitive salary and package and commission.

Technical Account Executives are the customer-facing representatives and sales executives of our company. Their efforts either scale our business or swerve into chaos. We rely on their extensive and holistic knowledge and understanding of our industry and our product for effective customer handling.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Provide technical information to customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address all product-related queries on time.
  • Train customers to use our product effectively.
  • Escalate customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features in the existing product line.
  • Report on product performance.
  • Identify solutions to reduce support issues.
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
  • Liaise with the Technical department to win new business and increase sales
  • Establish best practices in Sales by following guidelines from Seniors.  
  • Keep track of sales performance metrics.
  • Strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage assigned geographical region and maintain good relation with customers.
  • Follow Sales Processes and make sure they are strictly followed

Relevant Experience:

  • Education level: Minimum Graduate  or Technical Diploma in IT
  • Experience: 1 to 2  Years (In case of fresh candidates, who wants to work in the business development unit)
  • Specific skills: Ideally candidates with call center experience
  • Preferred skills and qualifications: Served 1 year in web designing agency
  • Personal characteristics: Punctual and passionate about their work

Remote Work During COVID19 Pandemic

Work from home is mandatory for all Gaditians during the COVID19 pandemic. To enable our teams to work remotely, Gaditek has introduced the following:

  • UPS for Critical Staff
  • Monthly Internet Allowance

  • Pausing all pending Loan Installments
  • Additional OPD Benefits for our Office Staff
  • Dedicated hotlines to our support teams

A special fund has been set up to support all Gaditians and their families in case of a worst-case shutter-down scenario in any area that limits access and availability to food and basic amenities.
