Technical Account Manager

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager who is proficient in collaborating with customers & peers, functions as a front-line product expert, focuses on the industry’s leading practices, study programmatic use-cases & technology adoption.

The incumbent must be dependable in supporting sales and customer success teams to resolve customers' queries or issues related to the product.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Create & deliver extensive and detailed professional-level documentation
  • Understand the working of System integration with AD, SSO, Cloud Providers, VMs, Firewalls, and other relevant devices
  • Formulate an evaluation test plan for the product, and facilitate customers to complete POC/Trial
  • Have an understanding of how our customers are using our solutions and if they’re recommending additional features that can be leveraged to increase the level of security
  • Collaborate with customers & peers, function as a front-line product expert, focus on industry’s leading practices, study programmatic use-cases & technology adoption while creating self-sufficiency for the users
  • Help in the enablement of post-sales activity of your accounts through strong relationship-building, platform knowledge, planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution of tasks

Relevant Experience:

  • Must have experience of over 8+ years in cyber technology like data protection, security operations, threat, risk, & identity management
  • Proficiency in technical skills, preferably in cloud operations and cybersecurity  industry 
  • Preferred skills include security and networking technologies like Proxies, Next-Generation Firewalls, VPNs,  Dockers, SSL/IPSec, SSO, Antivirus, DLP, Sandboxing, and Encryption gateways
  • Prior experience in technical consultancy is a must
  • Exceptional capabilities for follow-up with the ability to drive simultaneous and competing requests in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proactive team player who is good with collaboration and aspires to be a leader
  • Prior successful track record in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Good understanding of security standards like ISO27001, GDPR, NIST, HIPPA, etc.
  • Capable of driving product adoption & expansion with the understanding of customer’s current & future network security needs
