GADITEK is excitedly seeking an experienced Technical Writer who is focused, capable of transforming complex, jargon-rich, and even vague technicalities into processes and fluent and easily-consumable, customer-centric, and effective documentation that are in line with our standard drafting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing and drafting document requirements and working with subject matter experts on breaking down and mapping software and/or service processes.
We need someone who loves research and writing about highly technical subjects. Someone who can take a deep dive into existing documentation as well as engage and learn from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and come back with content that is relevant, valuable, and actionable. Someone who is customer-centric and passionate about making sure their documentation helps customers complete their tasks. Someone who can write high-quality documentation that will enable our customers to readily use and adopt our products and service offerings.
We’re looking for someone who easily manages the right balance between productivity and quality, is open to feedback, and has the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and remaining FOCUSED when 7 people are simultaneously seeking their opinion.
You will work as part of a team of one of our in-house brands and products, and help us achieve bold and meaningful milestones and targets that are spread across four quarters in a year. You will find yourself tested for creating content that allows us to turn the tide and achieve those amazing results.
